    The scenario is

Quantity 6 2500E 14 blade reels with brand new very thin bedknives mowing height .105"
    Express Dual 4000
    Angle Master 4000
Every imaginable tool you would need
Spin grind .005" off and touch up bedknives

How much time would you allot for 1 guy having to take the reels off, grind and put the reels back on?

It would depend on how much experience a person has. I have been doing this for 37 years so I am fairly fast at it. it is not something to rush if possible. I can do units from a 3320 toro in a little over
2 hours if I am left alone. Most of the time at is around 1 Hr per unit. JD units are more time consuming than a toro.

I do not have your grinders but if I was to pull one mower down a day and complete it with a total inspection of the whole mower and rollers, I would be pleased to have it completed in one day myself. but with my spin grinder you need to remove the front rollers to attach it. if your grinding your bedknives also that means removal of the Bed Bars and reassembly as well.

We may move a little faster with our fairway mowers but that would only be due to us taking our time with the greensmower which will show any mistakes quicker then our .500" HOC of fairways/

Not sure about your shop, is there one person in it or more?

Too many variables to give a time. One person in the shop by themselves usually gets interrupted multiple times a day or an hour. If there's reels that happens to be coned, that adds more time. If in my shop I have one person dedicated to reel grinding only I don't worry about time, only on quality.
