Through the Speakers Bureau Program, GCSAA is focused on strengthening local/national ties by increasing awareness of GCSAA programs and services, strengthening the association's affiliation with its chapters and assessing how GCSAA can better serve shared members.
A Speakers Bureau visit includes:
A 45-minute presentation, on topics the chapter chooses, either at a chapter meeting or conference.
An additional 15-minute question and answer session following the presentation.
A one-hour meeting between a GCSAA representative and the chapter's board of directors to discuss chapter successes and challenges, and how the chapter and GCSAA can strengthen their affiliation. The board is asked to complete a questionnaire to identify specific topics, challenges and successes they would like to discuss during the meeting.
GCSAA covers all costs and coordinates all travel arrangements and logistics for speakers bureau visits and strategic planning sessions
