Started with blowing the 20 amp fuse, now will not start with good fuse, checked all relays, fuses, battery, starter Solenoid and grounds. What else am I missing?

Sounds like a dead short somewhere. Look for any wires that may move a lot, rubbing on frame, rubbing together. Look at wiring diagrams to trace wires back that carry voltage. good luck.

Their may be a fuseable link in the start system that will not let it start.

Check all your safety switches there should be four. Seat, brake pedal, and two magnetic reed switches on the mow transport lever.

We have been running 3500's for years, have four of them in fleet. very common problem for us. we pull the starter and disassemble the solenoid. You will see the solenoid contactors will be in rough shape. They tend to arch (weld together) and leave high spots. Once the contactors do not make a flush contact with each other it draws to much cf a load and will blow the main 20 amp fuse. During winter service we will tears down and clean up and typically don't have issues all season. You can only clean up a few times before needing to replace contactors in solenoid.
