I have been ask the cost of rebuilding our USGA spec Tif Eagle Greens (basically per green).

This is due to the fact that I have not been able to use our irrigation system for the last two months. Trying to plan for worst case scenario.

James we've been teaching $7-10 per sq.ft. as per this USGA publication. A local guest architect we bring in agrees with it. Obvious economy of scale would reduce costs if you were building several. https://www.usga.org/course-care/forethegolfer/rebuilding-greens-is-there-any-way-to-avoid-this-.html  Kenneth Ingram, UMD.

Do you need a total rebuild or just remove the thatch and re-grass? Sometimes this is all that is needed to get good percolation and revived greens.

I hate to say it but I have known of some greens costing over $20/s.f. to rebuild to U.S.G.A. speck's because of their location, access, architects, etc... A re-grass can be as little as $1/sf., obviously higher if location/access is an issue.
