I have some TM Systems Vibratory Rollers that attach to a Jake GK IV.  The coupling that goes in the reel and attaches to the motor is missing in one of the reels.  They are not standard size.  Jake couplings are two different sizes on one coupling.  This coupling is the same as the smaller side of the Jake coupling.  Here is a photo of one.  Any idea where I can get one of these?  Only internet searches so far lead me to England.

That sure looks like a coupler for a light weight fairway unit. The IV, V, VI couplers were nylon or a plastic material . I have a used plastic one if you need it I will send it over. Might check the mechanics tool box that had Jacobsen equipment near you. I always carried one in course tool box.

I have several Jacobsen 1880's and that coupling does not fit on the vibratory roller.  It's been a major headache trying to find this part.

Ok, so take two Jacobsen couplings cut them apart and then weld the two small ones back together. Or just order Toro #94-4507 coupler  and wait for delivery. I checked one it will work with the small splines of the hyd motor. You may need to cut some length off of the Toro coupling since there 1.725" long

I think that is definitely an idea worth trying.  Thank you John!
