Kikuyu Grass Tee Boxes? Thoughts? Cancel The title field is required!

   Hello all,
   
   I am an assistant superintendent at a private club in Southern California. We currently have bermuda grass tee boxes and overseed in the winter. Over the years we have noticed a severe decline in the bermuda grass base in the summer time. Even with weekly fertility the bermuda seems like it never woke up for summer. The bermuda base seems like it is no longer there. We would like to experiment with kikuyu tees. What would be some pros and cons to having kikuyu grass tee boxes?    Unless you have Kikuyu other places on the course I wouldn't. Invasive and high maintenance on low cut areas.

   Forgot to mention we are 95% kikuyu everywhere.
