   Being in a large farming county  I was able to have one fabricated at a Rubber Product Distributor for much less than OEM.

   I had the same problem a few years ago.  Contact your local TORO dealer and that is who found the part for me.  It was Century Equipment out of Columbus, Ohio in my area.
