Has anyone used Pro Tea as an alternative to Floratine products? If so, what have the results been? Are you pleased? Is Pro Tea more cost effective?

    Matt,
Who makes it and where can you get it? I would like to look into it more.
    Thanks

I believe it is made by someone who used to work at Floratine. I have yet to use it, but I hear good things about the cost effectiveness.

I use Pro tea and so far I have realized few problems. I used to use Floratine and was happy with it and then Pro Tea became available and tried it. It has a longer window between applications, is cheaper and generally the same results. I probably know more of the particulars about how it came to market and some other things but so far I am sticking with it. Some of the solutions coagulated and they replaced it with no problem. Look into it and you can see side by side comparisons product to product and judge for yourself. I am going with it again this season with full confidence. E-mail me if you want to know more. Good Luck Mark.

You can find all ingredients for Floratine products here : http://agr.wa.gov/PestFert/Fertilizers/ ... ?pname=105 This website has all manufacturers´ products.

I think some health food stores may be cheaper than Floratine. Soil microorganisms in a biologically active rootzone will naturally chelate the micronutrients. If you want to try something, buy the generic quantities of the Floratine products and apply them side by side and evaluate the difference.

We have been using Pro Tea for years with great results, I typically cut the rate in half and still see great results. I love it and personally think its a little better than floratine.
