HI Tim - sorry to learn you are having this happen when you go to enroll. Your post says it is happening when you go to enroll in past events…..
If you are trying to enroll in an On Demand that is already on your member record, you will get this to prevent a duplicate enrollment. As you can tell, we moved the full library of recordings into the Learning Hub (and you have done quite a few of these!) The events to which you currently have access in the Hub show under My Courses. These are titles in which you enrolled recently but certainly not all those on your member record.
If you want access to something going further back, and get this registration error message, that's when you need to email us so we can process that to My Courses for you.
Unfortunately, we are now learning that people are also getting this error message when they are enrolling in a course in the Learning Hub and the enrollment is actually going through. Troubleshooting that now. Please look at My Courses if this happens to you as you may see the event there. If not, email us the title and we will get the enrollment fixed for you.
I know this is frustrating and inconvenient and I apologize.
This system does let you get access to the handouts (like you get in the Live webinars) and points are now processing back to member records overnight, so that's good too. We appreciate everyone's patience while we get these systems in sync and welcome your feedback.
