   My fellow superintendents, I'm located in a small community in central ND we are in the middle of an 11 hole expansion. After a summer of frustration with the labor pool of local highschool kids I'm looking into hiring from seasonal agencies was wondering if anyone can recommend or has had success with any agency.    I have been using an agency out of Texas called FEWA. It is pricey but I have been getting the same employees for several years now. I did it for the same reason. Best thing I ever did!!!
