I had the same problem last year. We sprayed Drive at half rate and had great results. I would wait for cooler temps though. Also I did a test spray on my nursery to see how the bent would react to the drive before I sprayed all of my other greens. The label says not to spray on bent greens but at the half rate we had no problems and it smoked the crab within days. Need to be sure to use a surfactant with it.

I'm getting ready to spray drive on a test area at the 1/2 rate. It is 110 degrees here which makes me nervous. I just had great results spraying Illoxan on my greens using a 2 gallon sprayer and 2 oz product. No yellowing at all and smoked the goose. SR1020 bent, i know neither is labeled for use but it was worth a shot. Got to find a good preventative program for next year.

As for preventive we have used for the last two maybe 3 years the Andersons 0-0-20 w/dithiopyr .164% with two split apps. 1st in Mid to late April and or early May, 2nd one ends up late May or it was first week of June this year. I go with the 3.5 lbs of product per 1000 sq. ft. and one good applicator. (not me) we have been clean these past two, could be 3 if I go back and check those records, when before we would have about 3 greens with goose.

I have used a larger spray droplet at a half gallon rate and it hasn't affected Bent. Used the Turbo Floodjet. The larger droplet allows for less spray material on the Bent. Just a thought.
