Had a 951, now have a 6010 , they don,t float over knolls but strong enough to cut corn stalks.There may be couple of problems , Your driver might not be heavy enough for the seat switch. and the shut off contacts on the decks should be adjusted so the mower could float over hills without shuting off . But it could be a relay switch also. Our key switch was faulty on our 951. glow plug would stay on and over heat the starter relay. we would carry an extra relay until the new key switch arrive from kubota.
