   It is contract time again at my course and am looking for a good golf course contract example. the one on this site is very long winded and somewhat confusing. my current one is written on a cheerios box and has white out on it. now with a couple of lawyers on the board i thought i would submit a slight more professional one. Any examples of ones that you have used or are using would be great. Bi areas i suppose would be:
   
   
   compensation
   
   vacation days
   
   sick days
   
   indemnification
   
   severance clause

   I had a contract for many years, but I always just signed it and read it when I got home. It was always pretty good. Now I have a four year old contract that is still in effect and I do not care to bring up updating it. If I was asked to present a contract I would hire an attorney to write it up.
