Does anyone have any experience with this product to attack black layer in USGA green? Thanks for all comments.

I have had issues with my USGA putting green this season and black layer. We had significant success with aerification with pencil tines followed by SA20 applications (also called RD20 I think). We also have gone to the Redox Fertilizer Regimen.

Just treated some wet areas today with agriox and penterra today. Our tine ins are really bad and holding water on our edges. We have been solid tining the last three weeks with good results but I wanted to try these products. We went 20lbs./a with the agriox and 64 oz/a penterra. Had a lot of black layer maybe 1/2 inch in these areas so figured it couldn't hurt. This is on miniverde in ga. I'll let you know how it works out
