At my course we have a ton of the Toro 2001 heads that are getting to be around 15 years old and they are starting to fail. I am wondering what other people are using to replace them as they are no longer available?

I have been using the Hunter I-25 but I'm not sure it throws as far as the 2001, The chart says its the same but my eyes say otherwise. I can tell that the guy here before me tried a lot of heads as there are bags of nozzles that I don't even know what kind of head they belong to.

Toro went to the 810G after they stopped the 2001 series and they were junk but now they have the T7's which are wonderful

Look into the Rainbird 8005 series, plenty of nozzle choices to match up with your current head spacing and very easy to adjust from FC to PC
