I am in higher elevation in South Korea. Probably close to upper northeast US. We have T-1 Greens and hybrid bluegrass fairways, tees and rough with lots of bentgrass contamination.
Tenacity has just been labeled in Korea and would like to start doing some experiment plots.
Those that have used Tenacity before, I have a couple of questions.
What rates did you use? (5oz/a)
What intervals did you use? (2-3 weeks)
Did you try to overseed at the first application?
    What results did you get?

    Thanks for any replies,

    Tim,

I have used it for a few years and had pretty good results. I used 5 oz/A at three week intervals and seeded with Fescue between the 2nd and 3rd application. I mixed Turflon at 16 oz/A with the first application. I've also waited to seed until after the 3rd application and that works fine too. I think you can seed after the first application, but not if you mix the Turflon with it. I'm in northern Virginia so maybe a little warmer than your area. I was going after bentgrass contamination in Bluegrass/Fescue rough. It kills the bentgrass and doesn't seem to bother the rough. I start in early August and wrap up by mid September usually.

    Tim,

I just applied my second application of tenacity a few days ago at the 5oz./acre rate. I'm going with 3 sprays at 2 week intervals. Starting to re-seed all areas today. Seems like the bent was starting to come back right when it got close to the 2 week mark, not sure I could've gone 3 weeks in between applications, but I didn't use the Turflon like David. Syngenta also recommends using a surfactant at a rate of .25% of your total gallons. Good Luck.
