What are you all using to clean pigments and dyes out of your spray rigs. I am trying to remove the green color from the tank walls. I tried using ammonia with little success.

We have had good luck with a citrus degreaser such as Zep Big Orange-E

Try using a product called atomic grow or eximo. These products do an amazing job cleaning up tanks. Just be sure to spay rinsate in an area that will cause no harm. Atomic grow will take all herbicide residue off as well. Best of luck.

Thank yall. Our Toro rep. said we could use Chrome wheel wire cleaner from most auto parts stores. Just throwing that out there as an option.

I use muriatic acid, just cut it down to about 3 to 1 water to acid. I spray it on with a little hand sprayer, let sit a few minutes, then power wash. Doesn't get all the green from pigments off but does a really good job getting everything else off.
