I'm currently in the market for a trailer mounted debris blower. Toro claims their 27hp blower moves more air than their competitors but the Buffalo brand has been the blower of choice most everywhere I've seen. Any opinions on whether or not Toro really does a better job than Buffalo?

I have a Toro and love it. Take a look at the Agrimetal as well. Demoed one last season and liked it a little bit better. They also have a 35 hp unit that will blow the socks off most blowers. I liked the set up of the chute also. Turns much faster than Toro and Buffalo blower.

    Ben,

We have one of each and the Toro is hands down more powerful than the Buffalo Blower. They are both very similar in construction and maintenance. Just my observations. I hope this helps.

We own a Buffalo blower and we had the opportunity of running a Toro for a couple of days. I thought the Toro had better blowing strength and the chute rotates much faster than the Buffalo. This is more noticeable when trying to rotate the chute while at full throttle. The Toro had no issue while the Buffalo struggles.

After comparing, we went with the Agrimetal. Great powerplant, fast rotation and rugged build.
