Setting it up takes a little time but i find it very useful for having access to my previous purchases and parts prices for any piece of Toro equipment we have. It also keeps me updated on all the equipment updates and service bulletins. You also have access all service manuals, parts manuals and trouble shooting guides offered by Toro.
All this comes down to is having another tool available to make your equipment repairs a little easier and online purchasing for parts 24/7 . If your looking to track your repairs and generate work orders then you'll have to pay for one of the other versions.
IMO you can't go wrong having this tool available for your use...take the time and do it, you won't regret it
