I have been asked to formalize our employee performance evaluations. I am curious as to what types of programs have been implemented at other courses. What types of forms have you used? What are the criteria? Have you established goal-setting with your entire staff? Do you have a different program for year-rounders and seasonals?
I would appreciate any feedback from how you evaluate your staff? What types of records your employers expect? to how you feel about Evaluation Programs in general?
