Our 1250 looses pressure (not always) when we put out Revolution. The inline filter isn't gummed up. We make sure we mix well before we spray. In fact, my assistant premixes with water before putting it into the tank.
    I'd appreciate any feed back.

Does it lose pressure with any other chemical?

Check all your hoses and make sure you don't have any that are collapsing under pressure. Check your o-rings at the hose disconnects, I add dielectric grease to help seal. I had a similar issue and parked my unit with water overnight and came in to find a very small amount of water on the floor under the air diaphragm. Re-sealed that and it was fine, and was also pulling a little air from the fittings too. The smallest leak will cause you problems and you may not even see it leaking water. I was just lucky in parking inside full and walking up on it early in the morning before it was moved. Not sure if that unit has the relief valve in the tank like the 5700, but had a pressure issue and it was the valve inside the tank. It would drop psi then work fine, and finally dropped and wouldn't come back. I check inside the tank and noticed a continuous flow returning right back into the tank. Changed out the valve and problem solved. Hope this helps.

    Regards,

    Thanks.
I'm only having an issue with wetting agents.

Stop agitation, once the tank gets low and foamy I have problems. Cut the agitator and it's all good

I have the 1250 and spray Revolution with no issues. I spray at 65-67 gallons per acre and at the label rate, 6 ozs per 1000 (I think) once per month.
