Is there any sort of adjustment that can be made to the boom actuator switches on the Toro 1200 sprayer? One switch constantly wants to flip off so when spraying I turn on the main switch that feeds all 3 booms, then quickly push the problem switch down and hold it until I turn off the main switch after a pass. I have checked the manual but can not find any help there, and checked the parts diagram to see if there is a clue but so far have come up empty.

    It's broken. Simple replacement.

    Agree with Andy,

Had the same issue last year, replacing the switch fixed it.

This might help. Those switches Will arc and contacts get bad . You can get away a few times by just cleaning them up.
