   KUBOTA M5040 loses power when PTO is engaged,i have changed the fuel tube,element in the water separator,and the fuel pump.i also cleaned the fuel tank any help would be greatly appreciated.

   How many hours are on the tractor. It could be an injector issue if a lot of hours are on the tractor. I would also call your local dealer and ask what else may cause this issue. Good luck.

   How about hydraulic filter plugged maybe or wrong type of hydraulic oil .Stuck valve spool. Works fine otherwise ?
