   For those of you that use a sand silo, where did you get it and what is a ballpark cost?
   
   How do you transport sand onto the course without it all falling out of the topdresser?

   We bought ours in the spring of 2010. Our cost was: $17,150 for the silo, $875 for the ladder cage, $310 for the roof handrail, $3,675 delivery charge ($3.65/loaded mile) = $22,085. Sales tax is not included. We bought it from Falls Marketing Group, Glenview, Il 60025 (847-924-5558).
   
   We load the sand into the topdressor from the silo. When it is near empty we come back to the silo to re-fill. We do not try to haul the sand around the course to fill the topdressor. I hope you have a closer source.
