   Curious on guys thoughts on snow mold control in the north east? In the northern new york area we are seeing a good amount of rain and very warm temperatures for december. I applied instrata in late November but am trying to find a window to re sprag. Any other concern from others in the northeast with snow mold control and warm temperature?

   I did the same. Instrata on greens. I've been out scouting a few times and haven't seen any activity. The warm temperatures are concerning especially after all this rain. If I do reapply it will only be to greens and it won't be instrata again but something with a different mode of action. Probably Iprodione. At the moment I'm on the fence...

   I am in the same situation here in WNY. I read an online article stating that "our" protection is most likely gone or highly compromised. My spray rigs have been winterized so I am picking up an app of granular Heritage and getting it down later this week(just greens).

   Started getting some Pink Snow Mold patches around the start of end of November beginning to mid December. Also started seeing some yellow patch towards the end of the month. Went out the day after X-Mas with Chlorothalonil and Propiconazole. Havent seen any new funk since then so calling it a year and winterizing the sprayer today. (NYC Area)

   I went with a contact spray day after Christmas. Will be very interesting to see the results. We left one of our small practice greens untouched the 2nd spray to see what happens. From sales guys to superintendents in the area seems to be many different opinions on this. Good luck to all.

   Since I'm not in the area anymore, but I do remember back in the 90's when I was in NJ we made all granular applications with Scotts Fungicide IX, one in December hopefully right after closing, and then a second application was usually made about GIS show time when we wouldn't have any snow cover. When possible we always made two applications.
