   Does anyone know where I can find 1 1/4" Double lug QC Key Model 25001. I can't seem to find them anywhere.

   From what I can see R and R has the 1" and 1 1/2" double slot, and 1 1/4" single slot, but not the 1 1/4" double slot.

   Have not seen those in many years and then I had to have a shop build them, They worked better than the real ones.
