Have had Thor Guard for nearly half dozen years now. It has worked well for us.

We have the Thor Guard System as well. Like the system and has worked well. It is considered a Lightning Prediction System, as it does not detect lightning, but measures the static electricity in the air and predicts the likely hood of a strike. Initially, we had a few false alarms, as we are close to Long Island Sound and storm riding along the water would set us off. However, they walked me through tightening the Red alert circle and it has worked well since.
We also have the Voice of Thor horn system. Generally gives players a good 10 minutes to get of the course. We will also use the "All Clear" horn to start our Shotgun events.
