I am looking to replace all our hoses on our Toro 5700 sprayer. I dont want to use Toro brand hoses because of price. But i cant find any 200psi rated chemical hoses anywhere. Has anyone done this before? Or do you guys just replace them as needed and buy them from Toro?

    Jeremy,

Check out these hoses from Dultmeier Sales in Omaha. We use these hoses on our Toro 5600's with no problems. Great products and great prices from a company we use for most of our sprayer parts.

    I hope this helps.

    Jeremy,
Grainger part number 3JT67, its less than $200 and made of EPDM. I've used for two seasons now with no problems. Just save your fittings.

Pump wise our mechanic went to our local hydraulic hose maker, because of the steel braid needed in it so it wouldn't collapse, but when he needs to replace a hose on the boom he uses regular radiator hose from the local auto parts store.

Be careful of this, regular coolant hose isnt necessarily compatible with all chemicals.

AD Williams in AZ sells the proper labeled Goodyear stuff by the foot. (800) 527-0749. I talked to Matt, his site is down but the number is still good.

Most hose and fitting places will have what you need.

Thanks Greg for that, I will mention it to him. Maybe what we use hasn't affected the few pieces of hose that we have replaced.
