4WD Dropout Cancel The title field is required!

   I am having an issue with a fairway mower's 4WD dropout switch, and I was just curious. Over the years I have seen quite a few machines that cut out the 4WD when going in reverse. Does anyone know the reason for this.?

   Most likely to not drag or tear the turf when turning backing up .
