I was just wondering how many people are injecting their wetting agent into their irrigation systems? If so what products are you using and how much do you use during a typical application, how often and roughly how much for an entire year? Also have you seen any negatives affects of this to your irrigation system components or anything else? Thanks in advance for all your help.

We use Helena's INDUCE great product and cheap! Really helps with fairy ring, we tank mix Induce with ammonia sulphate @ 50 lbs of product per 200 gals of H2o and 1 gal. of Induce for 800 gallons of H2o and mix in a fert tank and inject at 15 gph when we irrigate.

    Peace

We use a product called wetter water. 11% a.i. and we inject at the rate of about 1gal/ac every couple of weeks. Any higher than that and we have foam appearing around heads, especially tree bubblers. It equates to about 500 gallons every couple of months. We don't use it year 'round, but I make sure it's in the tank for when I do need it. I haven't seen any negative effects, other than the foam.
