I was looking for pesticide and fertilizer recordkeeping forms someone would be willing to share. I have a paper form that seems to date to the 70's that has been copied a million times. Current form serves the purpose just fine but thought certainly there would be a more modern maybe electronic version that others are utilizing.

    Thanks

We use an excel spreadsheet we made up ourselves. I would like to make it so that it would automatically keep track of the inventory. I may need another excel class for that.

Check with your state regulatory agency and see what they require. I just transitioned to a form with the state form on top and "other" info on the bottom for my records. I love it this way and more importantly, so does the state inspector
