LSU #1 vs Tenn.......+15.5........103,000 fans clad in orange overalls and mouthing every word to Rocky Top......enough of a distraction in itself, never mind playing the game. UT is hurt, but Dooley remembers the end of the game last year in Tiger Stadium.........give the points
Thanks for the sympathy vote, but I can't agree. The young Vols first lost their best player to injury a couple of weeks ago, now they've lost their starting QB. The team is too young (70% of roster Frosh or Soph) to be equipped with either the depth or competitive maturity to overcome the injuries. To quote the greatest rock n' roll song of all time (AC/DC Sin City), we "ain't got a hope in Hell, that's my belief." Have fun in K-ville if you're going. I'm sure the fans and the team will put out their best effort, but it's not going to be close.
The ASU v. Oregon game is going to be interesting. ASU's defense shut down USC's offense and SC is extremely talented on that side of the ball. Maybe an upset special but Autzen is a tough place to play.
"Not so fast my friend," on the Stanford v. Washington game. The Huskies have proven to be pretty game this year and that's an awful lot of points to give. I like them to cover and maybe pull off the stunner.
My kid's pop warner team has a bye Saturday so I might actually get to watch some games live!
