I have been spraying my fairways with dimension and after one tank my strainers at my tips are coated with a white chalky substance and even my main screen is completely covered in the same stuff. Any one else have this problem? I had the same issue last year so this year I made sure sprayer was clean and Dimension was sprayed by it's self. 160 gal fiberglass sprayer spraying at 1 gal per 1000sf. Using Dimension 2EW

I'm using city water ph about 7.5. I got a message from the Dow rep and he said that occasionally there is a problem with this and to mix methylated seed oil in tank. I am done spraying now for the season but will look into this before next year.

We had the same issue with the white, chalky substance accumulating in our sprayer filters. Our water quality is mediocre but we do run an acid injection system to take the pH down to 6. Did the Dow rep say if the clogging would have any impact on the efficacy of the product?
