    Our issue and problems are quite diverse.
    I was talking with a Florida Supt and he was having trouble with "off types" when the weather got cloudy. My Christ I thought...all we grow up here are "off types". Off types of poa, bent, Rye where it shouldn't be, Kentucky of a multitude of different greens and densities. K51 tall fescue that just happened to be part of the original MeadowMix that was planted for rough.
    If it weren"t for "off types" we'd have no types at all.
    I can't even picture a monostand

    I had tall fescue in my KBG roughs when I was a Superintendent up north, now I have Tropical Signalgrass. Believe me, Tall Fescue was easier to kill.
