IPM/Daily Scouting Report Cancel The title field is required!

   I was wondering if anyone has a template or something that would be considered as daily scouting report log that they wouldn't mind sharing. Any help would be appreciated.

   You are welcome. We use separate sheets for different pests. We circle the areas on the map then make notes below. The Spray Tech, Assistant and I will go out with a list of pests to look for at different times. It has worked pretty well.
