Any solutions to buffalo blower nozzle that doesn't rotate properly. With the throttle turned up, the nozzle gets hung up and stops rotating. Without throttle, works perfectly. Have tried and tried adjusting belt tension, to no avail. The belt slips on the pulley wheel, not on the nozzle bracket. We have tried a brand new belt. No luck. Incidentally, this unit has only about 35 hours on it. Any suggestions?

We had the same issue. Seemed like the air output would put just enough bind on the shoot to freeze it up. I want to say we tried a new belt and cleaned up the track on the nozzle to make it work again. But, that was a few years ago. We've since gone to the plastic nozzle since the guys kept bending the aluminum one, and haven't had any issues.

We replace the white plastic pieces that hold the nozzle on when this happens and it solves the problem. With that few hours though, I would be riding my Toro/Buffalo Blower salesman like a rented mule until he got it fixed 100% to my satisfaction.

We did try moving the plastic brackets in different positions. One of them seems a little warped. Outside of cleaning the tracks, replacing the brackets will be next. You are right, a call to the salesperson is in order. Thanks guys.
