I know there are a few topics about iPad apps but I'm looking for an app that I can do some mapping of our course. I didn't know if anyone had or know of an app that might help me out?

Craig, When you say mapping? Do you mean have an image of the course and mark things on it?

You can import Google Earth images or google maps into a PDF app that allows annotation.

Most any of the hand writing apps allow this function.

A great app and I think may still be free is iGIS. It allows you to import shapefiles (this is the file format that is used when someone gps's your course) into the program and displays them on google maps. It also allows you to add to and edit these files.

The iPad's gps is not accurate enough to map sprinkler and valve locations, but is very good for making IPM maps and location based notes.
