   I'm not sure if he got any actual tickets or just complaints from his neighbors about how he drives around the neighborhood. Either way it's pretty incredible with all the things he has gotten mixed up in in just a the last year or so. I vote to send him home until he grows up.

    The good mayor went off the booze for a couple of months. Things were very quiet. Then last week he fell of the wagon one night and was filmed ranting in a Jamaican Patois with more than a few drinks in him.
    One late night comedian said something to the effect " I've seen some Jamaicans becoming wasted, but I've never seen someone wasted becoming Jamaican"
