The back of my practice range has netting roughly 25 to 30 feet high. It takes a lot of abuse and seems to break down too quickly with holes, rips, tears, etc. Part of the abuse is from the range picker and I'm sure an occasional mower deck, string trimmer etc.

I placed two by twelve timbers all along the base to help protect the netting but that has failed to work.

What is the frequency at which you change your netting? Is there an alternative?, is there a better company?

Thanks for your help and suggestions.

    Doug

look up American nation wide netting DBA Nets of Texas I believe. I have used them for 16+ years. High quality nets and professional install. The last nets I put at the range they installed a 2' high 1"x 1" vinyl coated mesh chain link at the bottom and stopped the mower/picker damage. Ask for Brian, he is the owner. Highly recommend them. I think the number is 281-357-0787. I lost his contacts when my phone went swimming!
