Flymo String Cancel The title field is required!

   Currently we purchased a Husqvarna Flymo which has the pre made flymo string with the metal tags on the end to attach to the deck. This is becoming costly to buy and I wanted the blades to replace the strings but can't find a compatible blade for this deck any ideas or a universal blade for the deck?

   I have looked for our Husqvarna Flymo's as well for the blades with no luck. Let me know if you find anything. We do however make our own flymo string. We use small washers(I'll have to look and see what size) and some strong string and then clamp down on the washers with some plyers. We made over 400 last winter during a frost delay and havent had to make any more since.
