    Hello all,

Recently just went out and sprayed my 27 acres of fairways Monday. Tank included: 2oz/M rate of propconizole and just under .25 lbs of N. We had pretty severe tip burn on every fairway. We got our N from Urea and Calcium Nitrate.

Any idea why this burned so bad? I uploaded a pic, hopefully it worked. Thanks guys!

I don't see the picture. What was the air temperature?

High of 65° F during day, low of 40° F at night

Is that all that was in this spray? I just don't understand what could have possibly gone wrong with such a simple spray. What did you spray previously that could have still been in the tank? Do you have any disgruntled employees? It just doesn't make sense to me....

I have seen tip burn on KBG using Calcium Nitrate. Even at low rates 0.10#N/M sprayed at 1 Gal/M 75-80 Degree daytime temps full sun. It grew out within a week.
