We have been tasked with trying to either cut or weigh down our drainage outfalls that rise out of the water in some of our lakes. Has anyone else had to do this or have any ideas on the best course of action.

    Thanks,

They should be vented before entering a lake. This will prevent gasses from building up in the pipe and backing up into a green if it so applies.

Zip tie it to the top of a concrete block so that it is off the bottom. I also agree with cutting in a tee and venting before it goes underwater.
