   We use model car paint to freshen up our tee markers. They are made of Stone. Works well for us.

   Michael I made mine using 3inch PVC caps. Got the idea from here. Used Portland cement

   Rustoleum paint. We used to have concrete tee markers and rustoleum paint worked the best of all the different paints we tried.
