I have five holes completely covered in water which is subsiding, leaving varying degrees of wet and dry silt on greens. Irrigation pump house was under water leaving no "washing off" option.

    Any ideas on removal?

Wow, bad luck with the pump station. Quick thought can you get a temporary pump hooked up to your station. There are diesel pumps that can be tapped into your main line and drop a suction hose into your wet well. These pumps can do 1,000 gallons a minute. Other wise look at water trucks to at least get the slit off your greens.

    Best of luck

2" and 3" pumps with fire nozzles. Get on the greens while the water is still deep enough so you can just use the flood water to wash the areas off

If it is going to take a while to get your water available you may want to spray primo on your greens to slow down the growth to give you an extra day or two.

In the future for anyone who is expecting a major storm or rain system, spraying Primo before the event will help greatly in keeping the turf from getting too high before you are able to cut it. I have done this many times in the past and given myself an extra week before having to cut which generally last until we dry out and get the limbs picked up. It also helps in allowing you to use the operators to do the cleanup. It can be expensive but well worth it.
