Tonite the Maryland Terps take on Northwestern in the ACC Big Ten Challenge! Soon to be part of the Big Ten Maryland gets to possibly make a big point to set the upcoming modality for the future of sports participation in the Big Ten! No Doubt all us Maryland Terp fans will be cheering our Terrapins on hard tonite! As we say "Fear the Turtle" go get them tonite Terrapins, I will be watching and shouting out loud here in the Chicago suburbs for my home team! As a graduate and Turtle lover I am excited about our future down the road as a member of the Big Ten! Also we are just a few games away from being NCAA Champions in Men's Soccer the highest ranking team left in the tournament! Now in the Quarter finals Saturday at home,a win sends us to the Final Four in Alabama!!! Go get them Terps!!! :D

Gregg- You can chirp all you want, but one thing we don not allow is those butt ugly uniforms that "the Turtle" wore to start the football season ! Trust me, we look forward to seeing the Turtle and the Scarlet Knight making their first trip into Kinnick. Go Hawkeyes !

There are some great games on tap for the next few nights in this challenge. A great way to really get the season rolling and see how some of the best teams will play against great competition.

Surprised at the Indiana/North Carolina score. But I see basketball season is just as bad as football season. Not sure how I feel about Stoops moving on from FSU to Kentucky, have seen some comments that sometimes during games he would get too conservative with play calling, they seemed to show their old weaknesses under Micky Andrews last Saturday, runs up the middle, Miami used to gash them with tight ends over the middle when they had some good tight ends and a QB that could at least throw the ball over the middle. Whoops, guess I have hi-jacked the basketball post into college football.

    Waiting for March Madness

Lets get it Straight both the Men and the Lady Terps Ruled in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge! In fact the Highly ranked Lady Terps rocked the house staying the only team to be undefeated in the challenge!!! A truly sweet thing! The men crushed Northwestern as the Ladies crushed Nebraska! A sweet thing to start the walk toward the Big Ten in 2014! I would say, without a doubt the Maryland Athletic department made the right choice in moving into the Big Ten down the road! Money Talks and BS/ACC walks! Fear the Turtle! I do believe the men shall be on the radar for top 25 down the road soon also!
