I know some people are using Harness to carry N load through the summer, but what else (as far as a granular) and how late would you apply going into the summer with these products? We typically use liquids through the summer, but looking to add a 100% slow release fert maybe around end of May-June to carry part of the N load through the summer. Very similar to how the Andersons TNT program charts if your goal is .1 lbsN/week. Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving.

I like the Anderson's 13-0-26 Contec DG product. 100% Methylene Urea. I have used it on bent in GA around that time then no more granular until September aerification.

You might like Nitamin as well, not a granular, though.

Why not stay all liquid for your N? Use something like GenNext, which I used last year for all my N needs. With the added benefit of reducing poa population.

I do like the Andersons Contec DG product also. Used it for years, but it's a little spendy.

I have moved towards working my N during the fall months and not giving anymore until the following fall. I use Ca and micro nutrients during the summer months. Less disease problems and faster putting surfaces with less growth regulation without the N. I also work P and K in the plant during the spring and summer. Redox has allowed us to do this.
