    All,

I would like to hear what you are using for nozzles in your sprayers. I have a Toro Multi Pro with Tee Jet Blue Flat Fan 1 GPM Nozzles.

I will be using the sprayer for growth regulators, nutrient, fungicide and herbicide applications throughout the year.

I see that you can add another set of nozzles for more versatility.

Thank you in advance for your responses.

    Steve

I have a Toro 1250, with the TTJ010 wide angle flat fan, (light blue) In first gear at 3 mph I get 65-67 gallons per acre. In 2nd gear at 5 mph I get 40 gallons per acre. Ours was delivered with those nozzles.

I did add XR 8008's flat fan, but have never sprayed with those. I can't remember what their output was.

Two years ago I added a third set, TTJ05's (brown) and use it just in 2nd gear at 5 mph and get 25 gallons per acre.

We use Greenleaf Dual Fan Air Induction nozzles TDAD10 which is a 110 degree 1.0 GPM nozzle. We spray greens at 108.9 GPA (2.5GPThousand) at 2.7-3mph, and Fwys and Roughs at 56.6GPA (1.3 GPThousand) at about 5.7mph. This setup works very well for us and we spray everything with these nozzles. This is on Toro Multipros 5700D and 5800G

How is the drift with those nozzles. Been looking at those nozzles for awhile.

Phenomenal, I absolutely love these nozzles. Minimal drift, great coverage

1750 sprayer here. We use TeeJet AIC 1106 and 1108 (stainless inner tip). We spray a good amount of water soluble fertilizers and my concern with the Greenleafs was they would wear out quickly since they are completely plastic.

Was a huge Greenleaf fan myself until we got a 5800 with Teejet Turbo Twin Jet nozzles as standard. Less taking apart and cleaning required and saw no drop in the quality of coverage.

^ Either way you are golden, after spraying for a good few years with dual fan nozzles, I wouldnt go back to singles, have seen increased efficacy (especially in Primo apps) since I switched.
