For my money, best half-time show in years, and that's even with thinking Madonna is a washed up self-aggrandizing shlub.
Love Nikki Minaj and M.I.A. and C-Lo
M.I.A. stole show with the flip-off. Certain that didn't go over well with puritan america, which is all the more reason people loved it. Uncensored. Deal with it. Awesome.

Yeah and the game was pretty exciting too. Really exciting

Favorite commercials that we saw, or the one that got the most laughs in this house were, Audi/vampire, and the Dannon Oikos yogurt headbutt

Great game. Great halftime show. Madonna knocked it out of the park. MIA blew it with the bird. Stupid move, IMO.

Late entry: The ad narrated by Clint Eastwood (for GM?). Inspired, hopeful, positive, non-political, feel good, rah rah. Worked for me on patriotic level, which I'm usually very cynical and biased about.

Madonna's not really my style but it was a good show. They obviously put a lot of effort into some of the visuals and camera angles- it looked really good in HD- especially with all the fans in background with the lights. A lot of cameos from people I'm not familiar with but my teenager seemed to like them. Missed the bird, as most folks probably did- much adoo about nothing- just like the alledged/staged wardrobe malfunction a few years ago.

Overall I'd give it an 'A'. Professional production that matched the size and granduer of the moment.

How many others were like me and had never heard of MIA before? Bet she is getting a lot of hits today, probably just like she planned.

Missed most of the game. Went skiing in the Sierras. I found out a long time ago that the best day all year to go is on Super Bowl Sunday. I guess everybody is at home eating nachos and drinking beer by 10:00 AM. I never once waited in line to get on a chair lift. It's a 2+ hour drive for me, but I still made it home before the 4th quarter started, so I saw everything that was important.

I think nobody in the stadium probably cares about the half-time show. It's in there to sell commercial time to TV.

Must not listen to English rap very often.....sheesh....she's a big star.

I thought it was a great show, with the exception of the (very bad) lip syncing.

Sorry guys but I have to disagree. It's 15 minutes of my life that I will never have back. I think I would have rather watched, well anything. Maybe it's because I'm not a Madonna fan and the lip-syncing was so bad in the beginning that I completely lost interest.

Like Michael had no idea who she was.........not much into rap period, english, mexican, swahili, french or whatever. Wife liked the halftime show, but again she's a witch so why would I expect otherwise........I excused myself for 20 minutes and took the dogs for a walk. She loved the vampire commerical as did Steve.

MIA has been highly polically motivated artist for many years now. What you saw last night is who she is. I happen to be a big fan of hers. Her music is unique and has a message unlike Beiber and the crap like that.

Madonna? Lip-syncing? That says it all doesn't it?

Not even the announcers and commentators knew what was going to happen until the game began.
Since we don't get all the big high budget commercials for the Superbowl, Bud went out of their way to create something memorable
