adjusting toro 1000 bedknife Cancel The title field is required!

   Greetings, I just took over a golf course with a couple toro 1000's. I noticed that one of the bedknives had been worn down past the hardened steel. I received a new bedknife. Took the bed bar off, removed and installed the new bedknife. upon putting the bed bar back into place I found that the bedknife and reel are bound up. I tried backing off on the adjuster bolt but no luck. Any thoughts?

   Is the bedbar adjusted all the way down? If so, what is the part # of the new bedknife. I've gotten bedknives that were too thick from a certain aftermarket company and I had to grind them down to fit.

   thanks for the reply. The bedbar is all the way down. I was going to grind on the bedknife but figured I should get the opinion of others.
