This question is for anyone who overseeds their Bermuda grass greens and tees. What pre-emerge do you use to keep you greens/tees surround clean throughout the winter? This year we sprayed Spectacle during the fall and use freehand around the greens and tees. We had good control until three weeks ago and now collars and tee surround are full of poa/rye. I'm looking for something that we can spray close to these areas, without the fear of the product moving into the overseeded areas. I fear spraying post, since we can't keep golfers of the greens long enough for the product to dye. We overseed mid October so the barricade/monument application doesn't really work. Thanks in advance.

I've found through the years if you can't go post then consecutive apps of pre-emergent will help to keep you clean. We usually use barricade prior to overseeing then go with monument about five weeks after the seeding date. We are a 54 hole facility so we can close one course for three days to prevent movement of the monument.
